Job Description:
Smart Communications is seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team in Davao City. As an Associate Level position, the Contact Center Associate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role, with exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to multitask.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Provide product and service information to customers - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies - Meet customer service goals and targets set by the company
Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a contact center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Resilient and reliable, with a positive attitude - People management and emotional intelligence skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - High school diploma or equivalent required
