Job Description:
Storm Technologies is seeking a talented Remote Contact Center Manager to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, Philippines. As a remote contact center manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote customer service representatives and ensuring that they deliver outstanding service to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote customer service representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. 2. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to ensure that team members are meeting or exceeding goals. 3. Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and improve customer satisfaction. 4. Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to help them reach their full potential. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes. 6. Stay up to date on industry best practices and implement new technologies to enhance the customer experience. 7. Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution. 8. Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to keep team members motivated and informed.
Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in a customer service or contact center management role. 2. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Adaptable and dedicated personality traits. 5. Planning and creativity soft skills. 6. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
