Job Description:
We are looking for a Contact Center Manager to join our team at MetroMart, a leading e-commerce platform based in Quezon City, NCR. This position offers the flexibility to work from home while still providing leadership and support to our contact center team.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of the contact center operations, including customer service, quality assurance, performance management, and training - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase productivity, and drive revenue growth - Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to senior management - Lead and motivate a team of contact center agents to deliver exceptional customer service and meet performance targets - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our contact center operations
Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in contact center management or a related field - Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team - Driven and confident personality traits to lead a high-performing team - Excellent presentation skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets - Experience with contact center software and technology is a plus
