Remote Contact Center Officer

MadEats is looking for a dedicated Remote Contact Center Officer to join our team in Davao City, PH. As an Associate level position, we are seeking candidates with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding orders, inquiries, and general customer service issues - Respond to customer emails and live chats in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Provide excellent customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations - Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient communication - Identify areas for improvement in customer service processes and recommend solutions

Requirements: - Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet - Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team - Hardworking and driven personality traits - Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Creative thinking and the ability to come up with innovative solutions to customer issues
