Job Description - Remote Contact Center Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated Remote Contact Center Officer to join our team at GMA Network Inc. This is a full-time position based in Caloocan, NCR, PH, with remote work flexibility. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages from customers in a professional manner. 2. Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide necessary information about our products and services. 3. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer issues. 5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department for further assistance. 6. Stay updated on product information and continuously improve knowledge of company policies and procedures. 7. Meet and exceed performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response times, and quality assurance.


Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers. 3. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations with patience and empathy. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Driven and hardworking personality traits. 7. Proficient in people management and conflict resolution. 8.
