Contact Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Resellee, a rapidly growing e-commerce company based in Parañaque, NCR, PH, is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our dynamic team. This position is full-time and offers the flexibility to work from home. We are looking for an experienced professional at the Associate Level with at least 4 years of relevant experience in a contact center environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, order status, and other inquiries. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a courteous and empathetic manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve customer concerns that require further assistance. 5. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and update customer interactions and resolutions. 6. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes, tools, and systems to enhance the customer experience. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of customer information.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset. 3. Ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in using CRM software and other contact center tools. 5. Resilient attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 6. Demonstrated teamwork and project management skills. 7. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
