Contact Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team at Xepto Computing. This is a work-from-home position based in Makati, NCR, PH. As an entry-level role, we welcome candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar field.

Responsibilities: 1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services. 2. Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers to address inquiries and resolve issues. 3. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the database. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers. 5. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times. 6. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Reliable and hardworking mindset. 2. Strong negotiation skills and ability to analyze customer needs. 3. Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office suite. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
