Job Description - Contact Center Representative

Xepto Computing is seeking a highly motivated Contact Center Representative to join our dynamic team in Parañaque, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls, emails, and online chats from customers promptly and professionally. 2. Resolving customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a courteous and timely manner. 3. Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and technical support to customers. 4. Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system. 5. Collaborating with other departments to escalate unresolved issues and provide comprehensive solutions to customers. 6. Maintaining a knowledge base of the company's products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively. 7. Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Driven and confident personality traits. 6. Project management and time management skills. 7. Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role is preferred.
