Remote Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

As a Remote Contact Center Representative at Cropital, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your main duties will include handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns or provide updates - Handling email correspondence and responding to customer queries - Resolving customer issues and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Providing information about Cropital's products and services to customers - Meeting or exceeding customer service quality and productivity goals - Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Driven and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Proficient in using computer software and applications - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
