Job Description:
ZipMatch, a leading real estate technology company, is seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a full-time Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries promptly and professionally - Assist customers with troubleshooting, problem-solving, and finding solutions to their inquiries - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and escalations - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies - Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to management - Meet or exceed performance goals, including call handle time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction metrics
Requirements: - Hardworking and adaptable, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions - Previous experience in a customer service or contact center role is preferred - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
