Job Description - Contact Center Representative

Grab Philippines is looking for a confident and energetic Contact Center Representative to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an entry-level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages from customers in a professional and efficient manner - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and effective communication and problem resolution - Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - Confident and energetic personality - Strong attention to detail and emotional intelligence - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
