Job Description:
AIDE Home Health Care is seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our team and work remotely from home in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Associate Level Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will assist clients and caregivers with inquiries, issue resolution, appointment scheduling, and other related tasks.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Respond to client inquiries and provide information about services offered - Assist clients and caregivers with scheduling appointments and coordinating services - Resolve client issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department - Update client records and maintain accuracy in the database - Conduct research to provide accurate information to clients - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction - Participate in training and professional development activities as required by the company
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Dedicated and reliable work ethic - Strong communication skills and ability to actively listen to clients' needs - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Innovation and research-oriented mindset - High school diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor's degree preferred - Must have a quiet and professional home office environment - Must have reliable high-speed internet connection and be able to work flexible hours
