Job Description:
Resellee, a leading company in the retail industry, is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. As an Associate-level position, the Contact Center Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers regarding products, services, and orders - Provide accurate and timely information to resolve customer issues and concerns - Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales revenue - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and escalations - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Continuously improve customer satisfaction by implementing feedback and suggestions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Confident and resilient personality traits - Strong negotiation and innovation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other contact center tools - Knowledge of retail industry practices and customer service best practices
