Remote Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:

AIDE Home Health Care is currently seeking a Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients and caregivers through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and chat. This is a full-time, entry-level position with no required years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from clients and caregivers - Provide assistance and support on inquiries, issues, and concerns - Schedule appointments and coordinate services - Maintain accurate records and documentation - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery - Adhere to company policies and procedures - Meet performance targets and KPIs

Requirements: - Driven and resilient personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and decision-making skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using computer systems and software - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technology
