Job Description - Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


Shopee Philippines is currently seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our dynamic team in Parañaque, NCR. This is a full-time entry-level position suitable for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions. 3. Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and issue resolution. 4. Collaborate with other internal departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective communication. 6. Meet and exceed customer service KPIs and targets. 7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall customer experience. 8. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times.


Requirements: 1. Adaptability and energetic personality traits. 2. Strong negotiation and project management soft skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Fluent in English and Filipino languages. 8. Experience in e-commerce or retail industry is a plus.
