Job Description - Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


San Miguel Corporation is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will be driven, resilient, and possess strong presentation and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies - Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency - Escalating complex cases to the appropriate department or supervisor - Meeting and exceeding performance goals and metrics set by management - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred - Driven and resilient personality traits - Strong presentation and problem-solving skills
