Contact Center Specialist - Work from home

Emperador Distillers Inc. is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to work from home in Davao City, PH. As an Associate Level employee with at least 2 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and orders related to Emperador Distillers products.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls, emails, and live chats from customers in a professional and timely manner - Providing product information, resolving customer issues, and processing orders - Updating customer account information accurately in the company database - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Meeting or exceeding established performance metrics such as call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings - Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and data security

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role - Passionate about providing excellent customer service and resolving issues effectively - Resilient in handling challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism - Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills to assess and solve customer problems - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment - High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
