Job Description - Customer Care Assistant

Robinsons Land Corporation is seeking a motivated and adaptable Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services. 2. Assist customers with issues or complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. 4. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information. 5. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and resolve customer issues. 6. Conduct research on customer trends and preferences to improve service offerings. 7. Assist in project management tasks related to customer care initiatives. 8. Proactively identify areas for improvement in customer care processes and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficient in using customer service software and databases. 5. Driven and adaptable personality traits. 6. Soft skills in research and project management. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
