Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

Altitude Games is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Associate to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, Philippines. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our valued customers. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with a passion for customer care and a strong desire to grow in the industry.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, technical issues, and providing solutions to problems - Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction - Process orders, exchanges, and returns - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Collaborate with other teams to improve overall customer experience

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Reliable and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong communication skills both verbal and written - Ability to think strategically and problem-solve effectively - High school diploma or equivalent required
