The Remote Customer Care Manager at Universal Robina Corporation is a vital role responsible for managing the overall customer care operations for our company. This position is based in Manila, NCR, Philippines, and is a full-time role at the Associate level with a requirement of at least 5 years of experience in customer service or related fields.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 2. Oversee a team of remote customer care representatives, including hiring, training, and performance management. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 4. Collaborate with other departments within the company to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience. 5. Implement and maintain customer care policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency. 6. Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. 7. Utilize customer care software and tools to track and report on key performance metrics. 8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer care process.
Requirements: 1. Driven and independent with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. 2. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 3. Proven experience in managing remote teams and driving performance. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 6. Proficiency in customer care software and tools. 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
