Job Description:
Sprout Solutions is seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Care Manager to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer care team, ensuring that high standards of service are met and customer satisfaction is maintained. You will also be responsible for handling escalated customer issues and developing strategies to improve the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the customer care team, providing guidance and support as needed. 2. Develop and implement customer care policies and procedures to ensure high quality service. 3. Handle escalated customer issues and work to resolve them in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, making recommendations for improvement. 5. Develop and implement training programs for the customer care team to enhance their skills and knowledge. 6. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction. 7. Track key performance indicators related to customer care and provide regular reports to management. 8. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer care to continuously improve processes.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or customer care. 3. Excellent time management and project management skills. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Experience managing a team and providing leadership and support. 7. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems. 8. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
