Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

As a Customer Care Officer at Booky, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your main duties will include answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and feedback to help improve our services.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Processing orders and ensuring timely delivery - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback - Collaborating with other departments to improve customer experience - Providing product information and recommendations to customers - Identifying and escalating priority issues to management - Keeping up to date with product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Independent and hardworking individual - Strong leadership and persuasion skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required, training will be provided
