Job Description:
As a Customer Care Officer at Century Pacific Food, Inc., you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your main goal will be to build strong relationships with customers and provide them with the support they need.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 3. Provide product information and assistance to customers. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes. 8. Stay up-to-date on company products and services.
Requirements: 1. Confident and resourceful individual with excellent communication skills. 2. Strong time management and strategic planning skills. 3. Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred. 6. No prior experience required - we will provide training. 7. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed.
