Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Customer Care Representative to join our team at Hilton in Manila, NCR, PH. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all who interact with our brand.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and timely manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues with creativity and research, ensuring customer satisfaction - Providing information about Hilton properties, services, and loyalty programs - Handling reservations and booking requests - Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Constantly seeking ways to improve customer service processes and procedures - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Creativity and research skills to provide innovative solutions to customer inquiries and issues - Ability to work effectively in a team setting - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Adaptability to changing circumstances and customer needs
