Job Description - Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


ABS-CBN Corporation is seeking a motivated and passionate Customer Care Representative to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. As an entry-level role, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues as needed. 3. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and account maintenance. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. 6. Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service processes. 7. Meet established customer service metrics and goals.


Requirements: 1. Motivated and passionate individual who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. 2. Strong leadership and presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tagalog. 4. Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and adapt to changing priorities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
