Job Description:


Fetch Valet is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representative to join our team and work remotely from Quezon City, Philippines. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. This role is crucial in maintaining positive relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers. 3. Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns. 4. Resolve customer complaints and escalations with empathy and efficiency. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met. 6. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times. 7. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Act as a brand ambassador for Fetch Valet and represent the company in a positive light.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. 3. Proven track record of achieving customer satisfaction goals. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 8. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. 9. Driven and adaptable personality traits. 10. Leadership and cooperation soft skills.
