Remote Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:

Tanduay Distillers, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Care Specialist to join our growing team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer care and a strong passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers - Assist customers with product orders, returns, and exchanges - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Document all customer interactions in our CRM system - Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer care role - Independent and adaptable personality traits - Strong problem-solving and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
