Job Description - Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


The Customer Care Specialist at LBC Express Holdings, Inc. in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer care roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 3. Assist customers with tracking shipments and providing updates on delivery status. 4. Educate customers on company products, services, and policies. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Meet and exceed customer service targets and KPIs. 8. Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends and issues.


Requirements: 1. Dedicated and confident personality traits to handle diverse customer inquiries. 2. Strong persuasion and decision-making soft skills to effectively resolve customer issues. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite. 6. Flexibility to work occasional weekends or holidays.
