Job Description - Remote Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


Ayala Land is seeking a Remote Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Pasig, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles. We are looking for individuals who are independent, driven, creative, and possess critical thinking skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies - Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets - Act as a brand ambassador for Ayala Land, upholding the company's values and reputation


Requirements: - A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment is a plus
