Customer Service

Duties: 

• Managing large amounts of calls in a timely and effective manner
• Identifying customer needs
• Researching customer problems
• Providing the right solutions to customers
• Keeping records of all customer conversations on the call center database
• Meeting targets in terms of quality conversations
• Report to the team manager

Requirement:

• Speaks fluently in Tagalog
• Fresh or college graduated
• Nice voice
• Willing to be posted in Yogyakarta Indonesia
