Job Description - Customer Service and Billing Coordinator

This is a remote position.

Philippine-based (Filipino) Applicants only.

**MUST HAVE AUSTRALIAN/NEW ZEALAND ELECTRICITY ENERGY MARKET/ACCOUNT EXPERIENCE**

By focusing on a single segment of the market, we can align all of our processes, systems and procedures including unique sales proposition on this segment which will assist with cut through and sales. A dedicated focus will also assist with aligning ourselves with the dairy industry and improving our leads.

Through technology we will enhance and improve the quality of customer service, further reducing the switching rate for customers and delivering on its strategy of becoming a trusted member of the dairy industry.

Being the dairy farms retailer for its complete energy needs simplifies the model for the dairy farm and provides another revenue stream and allows it to maximize its return on any excess electricity generated and exported to the grid.

Providing solar electricity as a service i.e., No upfront capital is proving to be a popular product to the dairy farm industry with 75% of farms approached converting to sales. This allows the dairy farmer to go green while saving money simultaneously. This will change the narrative about the green credentials of the dairy industry.

Job Description:

As the Customer Service & Billing Co-Ordinator, you will be an integral part of our retail team.

This position requires an existing understanding of Electricity billing preferable using Ultimate or the Agility platform, plus a combination of sales know how, communication skills and documentation skills to ensure the customers' experience is positive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate and timely generation of our customer bills, using the Ultimate Billing Platform
  • Ownership of the company inbox, responsible for all customer communications (Inbound and Outbound), and
  • The successful onboarding of customers (i.e., Contracts to Billing to Payments).


Requirements

  • Bill Generation: Validate & process meter readings, Generate customer bills, Process billing exceptions and email all invoices. Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery to customers.
  • Customer Queries: Manage the customer service inbox, responding to all customer queries and complaints. This includes the outbound Accounts Receivable communications.
  • Sales Onboarding: Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, through the processing and entering of all sales into the CRM and monitoring the transfer of customers to Rural Energy, including the Meter Configuration and Direct debit set up.
  • Customer Communication: Maintain positive relationships with customers by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to support sales efforts.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and contracts.
  • Electricity Billing Experience essential
  • Ultimate or Agility billing platform Experience preferred


Benefits

1. Monthly Salary: Php 35,000

2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month

3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays

4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation

  • 10 days annual leave credits
  • 5 days of sick leave

5. HMO Offered after 6 months probation

6. 13th Month Pay after 30 days

7. Annual Appraisal

8. Laptop provided after 30 days

9. Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.

10. SHIFT TIMES: 7AM to 4PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday
