Job Description - Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:


Grab Philippines is seeking a passionate and independent Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Quezon City. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are looking to jumpstart their career in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and feedback through various platforms such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Provide accurate information and solutions to customers in a timely manner. 3. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 4. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information. 5. Identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries to improve processes and services. 6. Work closely with the Customer Service team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and tools to enhance customer service processes.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong decision-making and analytical skills. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 6. Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
