Job Description - Customer Service Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


Storm Technologies is currently seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This is a fulltime position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Davao City, Davao, PH. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively 3. Providing product information and assistance to customers 4. Processing orders, refunds, and exchanges 5. Maintaining accurate customer records and information in the company database 6. Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction 7. Continuously striving to improve customer service processes and procedures


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on finding solutions 4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively 5. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment 6. Energetic and enthusiastic about providing top-notch customer service 7. People management skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
