Customer Service Assistant - Work from home

1Export is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work remotely from home. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.

The ideal candidate for this role will be independent and confident, able to work effectively without direct supervision. Strong soft skills in persuasion and decision-making are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions - Process orders and assist customers with product information - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Independent and confident personality traits - Strong persuasion and decision-making skills
