Job Description - Customer Service Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


Plentina is seeking a motivated and resourceful Customer Service Assistant to join our team and work from home. This is a full-time entry-level position based in Pasig, NCR, PH. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service and possess strong strategic planning and teamwork skills.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and other inquiries related to our products and services - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends and areas for improvement


Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
