Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

AllCare is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. This is a full-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. We are looking for individuals who are independent, passionate about helping others, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction - Maintain a positive attitude and uphold company values in all interactions with customers - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong negotiation skills to efficiently resolve customer issues - Passion for helping others and providing exceptional service - Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
