Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team at Pushkart.ph in Pasig, NCR, PH. As a full-time Associate Level position with a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member - Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes

Requirements: - Adaptable and hardworking personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to cooperate with team members and effectively manage people - Experience in using customer service software and tools - Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online shopping processes - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
