Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Associate at BeamAndGo in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, issues, and feedback, ensuring that each customer interaction is handled with professionalism and empathy. This role is ideal for someone who is adaptable and reliable, with a knack for innovation and analysis.

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat messages - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Assist customers with navigating the BeamAndGo platform and services - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers - Process customer orders, returns, and refunds - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer satisfaction - Uphold company policies and procedures in all customer interactions - Prioritize understanding and empathy in all interactions

Requirements:

- 3 years of customer service experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Must be adaptable and reliable - Soft skills in innovation and analysis are a must
