Job Description:

Taxumo, a leading remote customer service company, is seeking a Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team in Davao City, PH. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, driven, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with account setup, billing inquiries, and technical support. 3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. 3. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. 4. Strong planning and presentation skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
