Job Description - Customer Service Associate

Job Description:


Fetch Valet is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, Philippines. As a fulltime Associate Level role, the Customer Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and possess a driven and passionate personality to excel in this role.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues - Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures - Utilize analytical skills to identify areas for improvement in the customer service process - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance customer service skills


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service - Driven and passionate personality - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Strong analytical skills to identify customer trends and issues - Knowledge of customer service best practices - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience with CRM software is a plus
