Job Description:
PearlPay is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer service management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities: - Lead a team of customer service representatives, setting clear goals and expectations to deliver exceptional service to our customers - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness - Monitor and evaluate customer service metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience and drive growth - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on customer service performance and initiatives
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on building relationships with customers and team members - Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving common goals - Resilient and driven individual who thrives in a challenging and dynamic work environment - Proficiency in strategic planning and problem-solving - Proficient in CRM software and other customer service tools
