Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Taxumo is seeking a passionate and hardworking Customer Service Manager to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 7 years of experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: - Leading and managing a team of customer service representatives - Developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures - Monitoring and analyzing customer service metrics - Handling escalated customer issues and providing resolution - Training and coaching team members to improve performance - Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - At least 7 years of experience in customer service management - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and decision-making abilities - Persuasion and adaptability - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems
