Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Zennya, a leading company in the wellness industry based in Caloocan, NCR, Philippines. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our customer service team and ensuring a high level of satisfaction for all our clients. This role will require strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the customer service team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address them - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints - Provide training and development opportunities for the customer service team to enhance their skills and performance - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our customer service remains competitive - Manage and optimize customer service systems and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Requirements: - 7 years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a managerial role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to make quick and effective decisions in a fast-paced environment - Creativity in problem-solving and finding innovative solutions - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
