Uproot Urban Farms is seeking a Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of customer service operations to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our customers.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer service representatives, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure high-quality service delivery - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction - Monitor customer interactions and provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance - Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Analyze customer service data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer service-related issues and drive continuous improvement - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer service to ensure Uproot Urban Farms remains a leader in customer service excellence
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service management - Proven track record of successfully managing a remote customer service team - Strong leadership and communication skills - High level of emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Resourceful and energetic with a passion for customer service excellence - Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Experience with customer service software and tools
