Remote Customer Service Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team at Tanduay Distillers, Inc. This position will be based in Caloocan, NCR, PH and is a full-time, mid-to-senior level role requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service management.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee a team of remote customer service representatives - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely manner - Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed - Analyze customer service data and trends to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience - Drive initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in a customer service management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities and decision-making skills - Independent and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Proficient in problem-solving and project management - Ability to work remotely and manage a virtual team effectively
