Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Expedock is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our dynamic team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading our customer service team and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our clients.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent quality service - Monitor customer interactions to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and support to team members - Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Analyze customer feedback and data to make recommendations for product or service improvements - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in a customer service management role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Independent and energetic personality traits - Presentation and research skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
