Customer Service Manager - Work from home
Universal Robina Corporation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a leading consumer goods company based in Parañaque, NCR, PH, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our customers across the region. This is a full-time, remote position suitable for a candidate with a mid-to-senior level of experience in customer service management, with at least 7 years in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution of issues - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve overall customer experience - Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Train and onboard new customer service team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to align customer service initiatives with overall business goals
Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer service management role, with a minimum of 7 years in a similar capacity - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex customer issues - Reliable and hardworking, with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations - Visa sponsorship and relocation allowance are provided for potential candidates.
