Customer Service Officer

Job Description: Peddlr is seeking a hardworking and motivated Customer Service Officer to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. As an Entry Level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Assist customers with product orders, returns, and exchanges 3. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a calm and efficient manner 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 6. Provide feedback to management to improve customer service processes 7. Stay up-to-date on company products, policies, and procedures

Requirements: 1. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively 2. Excellent communication and cooperation skills to work well with team members 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities 4. Proficient in using customer service software and platforms 5. High school diploma or equivalent required 6. Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred
