Job Description - Customer Service Officer

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Customer Service Officer to join our team at Megaworld Corporation in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Provide information about our products and services to customers. 4. Process orders and assist with order tracking and delivery. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. 7. Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures. 8. Assist in organizing customer events and promotions. 9. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.


Requirements: 1. 3 years of relevant experience in customer service. 2. Strong presentation and communication skills. 3. Ability to adapt to changing situations and customer needs. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills. 5. Ability to work well in a team and independently. 6. Proficiency in MS Office applications. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 8. Must be willing to work full-time and possess a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
