Job Description - Customer Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and resilient Customer Service Officer to join our team at SM Investments Corporation. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Manila, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve processes - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends and issues


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service - Resilient and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Excellent time management and strategic planning skills - Strong communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
